Exciting developments are underway as Changi Airports International and Sociedade Gestora de Aeroportos join forces to enhance operations and drive traffic growth at Angola's regional airports. Following the technical partnership agreement signed in February, the Changi team embarked on a journey to nine key airports across Angola last month. The project took our team from Cabinda to Saurimo, including stops at Catumbela, Dundo, Huambo, Lubango, Luena, Namibe and Soyo. During the trip, our team also took the opportunity to explore some of the nation's hidden tourism gems, soaking up the diverse cultures and landscapes, like the magnificent Tundavala Gap near Lubango. We're energised by the potential for growth and collaboration in Angola's aviation sector. With continued dedication and partnership, we're confident that our efforts will pave the way for a brighter future for all involved. #AirportConsultancy

Ahead of International Firefighters' Day on 4 May, we’re paying tribute to our Airport Emergency Service heroes who go through varied and intensive training to ensure a safe airport environment for us all. Some examples of this training include battling blazes in mocked-up aircraft structures; navigating the dark and cramped space of a simulated plane interior; and conducting rescues from airport drainage canals. To all our firefighters, thank you for your enduring vigilance!
